1. United States Shipping

Standard Shipping Details
- We ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPOs, U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii via the U.S. Postal Service.
- A surcharge may apply to exceptionally large or heavy items.
- Delivery dates are estimates. For guaranteed arrival by a specific date, please use Rush Shipping where available.
Rush Shipping Details
- Please allow one additional business day for processing. (e.g., A "Next-Day" order placed on Monday will arrive on Wednesday).
- Rush shipping is not available for APO/FPO addresses.
2. Pre-orders & Back-orders
- Mixed Carts: If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, they will be shipped separately. Available items will ship immediately, and pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available.
- Notifications: We will notify you via email if an item is back-ordered or if there is a change to a pre-order release date.
3. International Shipping
Standard International Timeline: 9–14 Business Days.
International Terms & Conditions:
- Duties & Taxes: Prices shown on the site are inclusive of duties and taxes (with the exception of Canada, where taxes are calculated at checkout).
- Quebec Notice: We are currently unable to ship to Quebec, Canada.
- Returns: Please note that orders shipped to an international address are not eligible for return.
- Restrictions: Certain items may require special handling due to local regulations; if an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you immediately.
