Return and Refund Policy
We hope that you and your little ones love your purchase! If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. The 30-day Guarantee
You may return your selection for a refund (minus shipping and processing) or an exchange (while supplies last) within 30 days of receipt.
- Original Proof of Purchase: A copy of your packing slip or order number is required for all returns.
- Direct Purchases Only: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from { } For items bought elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.
- International Orders: Please note that orders shipped to an international address are not eligible for return.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the complete original box and/or packaging.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: These are applied to your original payment method. We refund the purchase price plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is sold out by the time your return is processed, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Some items are marked as "Refund Only" on their specific product pages and cannot be exchanged.
4. How To Send Your Return
To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:
- Pack Securely: Place your item and proof of purchase in a sturdy cardboard box.
- Clear the Box: Remove or black out any old addresses or barcodes from the outside of the box.
- Label & Drop Off: Affix your return label to the package and take it to your local FedEx location.
- Keep Records: Always note your tracking number and ask for a receipt as proof of mailing.
5. Processing Time
Please allow a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks for your request to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email notification as soon as your return or exchange has been completed.
